What happens on the free call?
Twenty minutes, one on one. We look at your market — what homes near you actually gross and what owners pay a co-host — work out how many doors it takes to replace your income, and tell you straight whether the program fits. No pressure either way.
Do I need to own property?
No. You manage properties other people own and take a cut of gross revenue. That’s the whole premise.
Do I need a real estate licence?
For short-term rental management, usually not — but it varies by state. We show you how to check yours and how to structure the agreement. Confirm with a local attorney before you sign an owner.
Why won’t you put the price on the page?
Because what you pay depends on where you’re starting and how much hand-holding you need, and we’d rather quote you honestly than post a number that’s wrong for you. It is a paid program, not a free webinar. Book a free call and you’ll have the figure inside twenty minutes.
How long until my first door?
Three months is the average across our members. It comes down almost entirely to how many conversations you have — the people who move fastest are the ones who dial the most.
Can I do this in my own market?
Almost always. If yours is saturated or hostile on regulation we’ll tell you and help you pick a neighbouring one.
Can I do it while working full time?
Yes, and most people should. Calls happen during business hours; everything else runs on evenings and weekends until you can afford a VA — usually around door four.
